PK Miami #47:
GRIT: POWER. PASSION. PERSEVERANCE
May 16, 2024
Does grit make a great leader?
Grit is all about deep passion and vision despite challenges and obstacles. Gritty leaders are resilient, determined, and demonstrate a tenacious commitment to achieving their goals. Gritty leaders bounce back from failures and setbacks. And their stories are inspiring.
This edition of PechaKucha Night Miami puts the spotlight on some of the area’s leading thinkers, creatives and change makers who will share their stories of passion, perseverance and resilience using the unique PechaKucha 20 x 20 format.
PechaKucha (Japanese for “chit chat”) is one of the most popular storytelling platforms used by millions around the globe. Miami is one of 1,300 cities with PechaKucha Night events featuring amazing locals sharing visually compelling stories that move audiences in under seven minutes.
This first edition of PechaKucha Night Miami in 2024 will take place at the The Art Lab at Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus in partnership with The Idea Center at MDC. It will be an unforgettable evening of great people and riveting ideas.
